Breakfast includes options like eggs, fresh bread, fruit, yogurt, cereals, juices, tea, and coffee. Lunch offers a mix of light Mediterranean favorites and hearty bites such as tuna salad, pasta pesto, tortilla omelet, burek or a rich filled hamburger bun. Dinners are warm and varied, from Indian curry and seafood risotto to sizzling fajitas, hearty chili, and classic Italian pastas like carbonara, puttanesca or bolognese. Between meals, there’s always fresh water, lemonade, milk, and coffee/tea available, plus fruit and small snacks. The only thing not included is alcohol, which works on an easy honesty-bar system, so you can enjoy a glass of wine or beer whenever you like.

A cabin charter Croatia means you book your own private cabin on our 51ft yacht GOX and join a small group (max 8) of likeminded travellers. You enjoy all-inclusive meals, en-suite cabins, a professional skipper couple and a full week exploring Croatia without needing to book the entire yacht. You can join as a solo traveller or couple. Couples choose 2x the shared cabin option (pricing is per person) so one cabin is yours, Singles choose 1x the single cabin option, so one cabin is yours and you don’t need to shared it.
Yes. Breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinners on board are included when you are not dining ashore. Dietary preferences and food intolerances can be accommodated if communicated in advance. We cant cater people with allergies because of galley and food storage constrains.
No experience is needed. You can relax or participate in sailing as much as you want. Your skipper Mark will safely guide you through the islands of Brač, Hvar, Vis, Šolta and beyond and you are welcome to join in. The skipper does the docking and maneuvring in close quarters, so no stress about that part, which can be, even for more experienced sailors, nerve wracking sometimes. Even if you are a sailor but your family or friends are not, then sailing with us is also the perfect way to a stress-less sailing holiday.
We hear feedback from others that many skippers on prive charters in Croatia do not allow you to be part of any aspect of sailing. Not with us! Many guests are at the helm on the first day of the trip and refuse to let it go :-)

Guests at the helm? Always!
We host a maximum of 8 guests spread over 4 private en-suite cabins (the 5th cabin is reserved for the crew). This keeps the trip personal, comfortable, and never crowded.
More about the crew & yacht
We are not fixed to Saturday–Saturday. You can start your private sailing holiday in Croatia on various dates outside the usual charter weeks, which almost always start and end on a Saturday. Why are we doing this? This is actually a very big advantage we can provide, while the big charter companies can’t do this for various reasons. Our sailing area is a very popular stunning sailing destination. The downside is that it can be very busy, especially in summer.
All boats go to more or less the same places arriving there at the same time. Because we leave and arrive on different days, we are able to sail behind or in front of the pack. This way we can provide you a much better experience, less crowed and more relaxed. Our local knowledge helps us to make your trip even better!
Our departure days are, Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday, set in a fixed rotation scheme, check our availability page for departure days.
Tip: When flights do not exactly match, why not book an accommodation and explore Split or Trogir (UNESCO) which are very close to Split airport and Marina Kaštela, where you start your sailing holiday of a lifetime!
In accordance with Croatian law, the legal drinking age is 18 years old. While we strictly adhere to this regulation, any choice by parents to deviate from this rule for their own children remains entirely their own responsibility.
Please note: If minors become intoxicated and disruptive or unsafe behavior occurs, we reserve the right to terminate the trip immediately without a refund.
Your trip starts at 15:00 and ends on the last day at 11:00. We would like to ask you not to arrive way earlier or leave much later as we need time to prepare the boat for your trip prior to your arrival and prepare the boat for next trip after yours. If your flight back home is much later, then there are enough things to see or do in the direct area of the marina prior to your departure. You can leave your luggage on the boat. If there is a lot of time left before flights you can visit Trogir or Split, both have lockers to store your luggage so you don’t have to come back to the marina to pick it up. If you need more info how to get to the boat you can find it here. Please feel free to ask us for things to do and we will be more then happy to suggest some options.
Most people joining have a social and adventurous mindset with a love for travel, nature, and being on the water. We are not a booze cruise, but most people like a drink, relax, and want to participate in sailing, anchor in pristine bays, and explore scenic towns on the islands. Optional, but not included, are shore-based activities like biking and hiking. Do this alone or with (a part of ) the group, but only if you want to. The average age range is the end of 20s to early 60s. At the start of this scale, you are no party animal, and at the end of the scale, you are fit enough to be on this active type of sailing yacht. Contact us to find out who else is joining on the cabin charter of your choice, and we try upfront to advise if the group will suit you. Last but not least, we, the skipper couple, are in our 50s feeling 25 :-)
If you feel good about these group dynamics, we believe age is just a number.
Our sailing trips are tailored to provide a balance of relaxation, exploration, and adventure, appealing to those who appreciate the tranquility of the sea as well as those seeking exhilarating experiences on the water.

Due to the confined space and limited resources available onboard, we cannot guarantee the complete separation of allergens or prevent cross-contamination during food preparation. We understand that convenience is key when planning your sailing adventure in Croatia. That’s why we’ve left the flexibility of booking your flight in your hands. While we strive to provide exceptional experiences for all our guests, unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate individuals with food allergies on our sailing trips. This is not a matter of preference, but rather a concern for safety and the limitations of our galley facilities.
We believe in offering authentic and enriching experiences that allow our guests to connect with the natural beauty of Croatia and enjoy meaningful interactions with their fellow travelers. By avoiding certain types of cruises, we maintain the integrity of our sailing trips and ensure a positive experience for everyone onboard.
We prioritize creating a comfortable and enjoyable environment for families, groups of friends on family trips, as well as adventurous individuals, couples, and small groups seeking a unique sailing experience without the need of previous sailing experience.
While onboard, guests have the opportunity to enjoy the beverages provided, as well as explore the vibrant bars and restaurants available on shore during their stay. Croatia offers a wide array of dining and drinking establishments, allowing guests to indulge in local specialties and beverages while experiencing the culture and cuisine of the region. On many of the Islands they offer local wine tastings. Please let us know if you want to visit the local wine yards so we can incorporate this in your sailing trip with us.

The crew has its own living area with an own entrance. So if privacy is wanted, it is possible. But it’s a boat so space is limited, crew need acces to more areas on the boat than just their own quarters. In reality people like our company :-)

While we strive to accommodate vegans or vegetarians on our family trips, unfortunately, we are unable to cater to 100% vegan but we can offer vegetarian meals on our sailing holidays. This limitation is due to the constraints of our galley facilities, which are not suitable for preparing multiple separate dishes to accommodate different dietary requirements.
The yacht does not have fixed air conditioning. Cabins are naturally ventilated while sailing and at anchor. When staying in a marina, a portable air-conditioning unit can be used, depending on shore power availability.
